View Activation, License, and Expiration Date Information

slmgr.vbs /dli
slmgr.vbs /dlv

View the License Expiration Date

slmgr.vbs /xpr

Upgrade Home to Pro

Uninstall the Product Key

slmgr.vbs /upk

Clear registry

slmgr.vbs /cpky

Reboot

Option 1 – upgrade by removing old and installing new key

Set or Change the Product Key

slmgr.vbs /ipk #####-#####-#####-#####-#####

Option 2 – upgrade by using Microsoft RTM code

Disconnect from the network – you need to be offline for this step

Set Microsoft RTM key

slmgr.vbs /ipk VK7JG-NPHTM-C97JM-9MPGT-3V66T

Reboot to install required features. Reboot again just to be safe

Connect back to the network

Set the new Product Key

slmgr.vbs /ipk #####-#####-#####-#####-#####

Both options – activate the new key

Activate Windows Online

slmgr.vbs /ato

Activate Windows Offline

slmgr.vbs /dti
slmgr.vbs /atp ACTIVATIONID

Extend the Activation Timer

slmgr.vbs /rearm
